Responsibilities

· Enter vendor invoices into Leafguard’s ERP system and perform 3- way matches among POs, goods receipts, and invoices.

· Manage AP invoice Inbox on daily basis to ensure timely processing of invoices.

· Establish effective communication with vendors and prepare key vendors’ monthly reconciliations.

· Maintain the tracker of Auto Debit and Online Payment vendors to ensure their invoices are processed timely.

· Prepare weekly vendor payment runs and apply the payments to the invoices in the ERP system.

· Publish monthly Accounts Payable Aging report and address aged and debit balance items.

· Follow through the approval workflow for the vendor master data changes.

· Process customer refunds and settlements.

· Process intercompany invoices and prepare monthly reconciliations.

· Review and approve Concur T&E expense reports.

· Assist in Marketing Spend & Utilities expense tracker for month end accounting accrual.

· Assist in the monthly and annual close process.

· Assist in interim and year end audit, as required.

· Special project assigned by the management.

Qualifications

· 3+ years experience in accounts payable processing.

· Must have a result-driven attitude and the ability to manage complexity.

· Experience in cross-functional communication.

· Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.

· Fluent in Excel (Pivot table, VLOOUP), Word, and Outlook.

· Experience in ERP like SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or AX.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
